So I'm flipping through my Marie Claire at work (what? It's RESEARCH!), and immediately noticed O.P.I.'s new Bond Girls collection... with a questionable, totally NSFW color!
I wonder if they described it as "feminine pink" on purpose.

I no longer feel guilty for watching Season 2, Disc 5 of "Bewitched" last night instead of running Week 6, Day 2 of Ease into 5K!
According to Redbook, working out 4 days a week as opposed to 6 is better for you! YES! Here's the reasoning (and this is totally me):
When you work out 4 days a week, you're more active on your "off" days - taking stairs instead of the elevator, parking towards the back of the lot so you walk more, etc. But those who work out 6 days a week tend to be lazier because they feel they've done enough. (I tend to use chocolate more as a reward for my healthiness too! Not helping the cause...)
You will want to chop off your ears and pretend you never heard this, just so you know.
