Okay so I don't know EXACTLY what it's called, but Lauren Conrad and her trainer came up with what looks like a doable healthy eating/workout plan that's supposed to get you into shape super fast. I'm going all MYTHBUSTERS on it and trying it for myself!
My coworker Lorrie and I decided to start early on our bikini bodies (it all started when we were online shopping and I found THIS), that way we still have time to cheat and then get back on track before summer.
So starting tomorrow, we're doing Lauren Conrad's workout/eating plan! Think it'll work? I work better with guidelines, so hopefully this'll teach me how to be healthy! (Because right now, I'm not convinced cheeseburgers aren't healthy.)
