You should know, I'm a super book nerd. Over the summer, I think I read about 10 books in 3 months.  I'm really cool. 

Anyway! If you're a female, and you work, and you read Cosmopolitan, you need to read this:

Kate White is the former editor-in-chief of Cosmo, and this career book is all of her tips and tricks she's learned from years in the magazine industry.  She also talks to respected people in other industries for their ideas and what's worked for them. 

It's basically a guide on how to get the most out of your career while kicking ass at your personal life too.

And, it's cool reading about problems they run into at Cosmo - like how Lady Gaga's people cancelled the cover photo shoot a week before they were supposed to do it!
